The product pages describe what we build and the options normally available. Dimensions, finishes, components and specifications are indicative and evolve as products do. Nothing on this site is a binding offer.

A commitment on price, specification, lead time or delivery only exists once it is set out in a written quotation or order confirmation signed by us.

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. We use what you send to prepare an answer or a quotation. Do not send confidential information through the form: if a project needs confidentiality, tell us and we will sign a non-disclosure agreement first.

Personal data submitted through the forms is handled as described in our privacy policy.

The site's text, images, drawings, product designs, layout and the Moobo name and logo belong to Moobo Hardware Unip. Lda or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use or to evaluate working with us. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

Case studies are published with the agreement of the clients concerned. The brands named in them belong to their respective owners.

Where we link to a site we do not run, we have no control over it and take no responsibility for its content or its handling of your data.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or uninterrupted, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints can be sent to info@moobo.pt. Consumers may also use the complaints book available at livroreclamacoes.pt and the European online dispute resolution platform.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes fall to the courts of the district of Porto, without prejudice to the rights consumers have to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top.
